I do not tend to eat gelitin based foods. They have a non-edible mouth feel and faint metalic chemical taste that freak me right out. If it is loaded with enough fruit or cake bits that the squicky texture is hidden, I can sometimes eat it. The shaped salad with many layers is very pretty, maybe it could be made with something else like layers of marshmallow or divinity.
