Tetris Baby Blanket with mock crochet edging

I think I will write the pattern up for this one – it was a lot of fun and since it is washcloth cotton it was a cheapo knit as well.  It took longer to weave the ends in on this blanket than it did to knit it. Seriously a lot of ends there, and each one has a tiny dab of glue to keep them in securely.  I am not sure the exact size on this one. Probably it is about three feet square, or a bit bigger with that edging. The edging is picked up and knit in the round with miter action at the corners.

That is a great pattern! I would definitely be interested in paying a few bucks for that pattern. I love the colors & that edging is amazing.

Ooooh, it’s gorgeous! I’m very impressed with your colorwork. And cotton is the best. Throw it in the wash, and everything is back to normal.
